Subject: Notice to vacate premises and recover arrears of rent.

Under instructions from and on behalf of my client, Mr. Lala, I hereby serve upon you the following notice. That my client is the lawful owner of the premises described in the schedule below, which you have occupied under a rent agreement dated 12 March 2021.

That despite repeated requests you have failed to pay the monthly rent since April 2025 and the arrears continue to accumulate. You are hereby called upon to clear all dues and vacate the premises within fifteen days of receipt of this notice.

That in default, my client shall be constrained to initiate appropriate proceedings at your risk as to costs and consequences.
