No, there are no setup fees or additional charges to get started. You only pay the monthly or annual subscription fee.

Invoices can be easily downloaded through the platform from the Subscription tab. Additionally, Razorpay also sends invoices for every billing cycle to your registered email address.

If a user cancels their subscription midway, their subscription will not be renewed for the next month and the user will still have access to the platform until the end of the current billing cycle.

No, we do not offer refunds for partial or unused subscription periods. You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your billing cycle.

Your data resides in India.

No. Data is not used to train public AI models.

Users can download their data prior to cancellation, as they will not have access to the data after the subscription is canceled. In case of account inactivity, GYL will delete the data after two months.

Yes. Access is role based and workspace based, so only the people you invite can see your matters, and permission changes are logged.
